The Right of Access to Information in Cyprus

This report consists of the findings of research into the right of access to information in Cyprus. The main elements of the research were: (1) a public opinion survey; (2) interviews with civil society organisations; (3) analysis of the legal framework; (4) evaluation of information on the websites of selected public institutions; (5) monitoring the responsiveness to requests for information; and (6) dialogue with public officials.
