DESCRIPTION
This tool is designed to assess corruption risks at the municipal level in Colombia. Specifically, it is designed to enable public bodies to assess: (1) their institutional characteristics, (2) their visibility, and (3) their regulatory systems. The tool also provides a ranking of muncipalties on a scale of 1 to 100. It should be read in conjunction with Transparencia por Colombia's Regional Transparency Index.
